I can almost hear everyone gasp now.
"But that's a taboo subject! A no-no!"
"Cool! Spill! (not in that way though)"
"Hey ya sexy thing, tell me more eh?"
Well, it's not like I am gonna pour out my experiences in here. That'd be crude and downright ridiculous, although I might try milking the suspense I get from the audience. Maybe I'll divulge some interesting facts and fiction here and there, eh? *Wink*
From where I came from, sex really is a taboo subject although youngsters are fast becoming more open-minded now. Never mind what those 'adults' say, you don't have to blush and hide your head in one of your shells at the mere mention of that supposedly dreaded word. *Smile*
Let's talk about sex education. Apparently, some people think that education = more exposure on sex = encouraging youngsters. That is BULL-FUCKIN-SHIT! Once, I even read this article where it was mentioned that a school somewhere in the world got told off for putting a condom dispenser machine thingy in their vicinity. I mean, they're just trying to do the right thing by stopping the dreaded AIDS epidemic among youth and what do they get? Sheesh. Adults. Sometimes I'm ashamed of being one. You'd think that for all the brain cells they have in their skulls they'd have better sense in their thoughts.
Does sex education neccesarily encourage kids to 'do it'? Then why're ciggarettes still available? Why sell condom in public pharmacies in the first place?
And c'mon, those itty bitty chapters in Physical Ed book talking about reproductive organs and their functions are nonsensical! Really, they only serve as an 'appetizer' to those curious kids who're reading it. So's my stupid third and fifth form Biology chapters. Reproduction reproduction and more reproduction. You think kids are stupid? Stop fooling them and stop telling them that your cock and my cunt are only good for popping out more babies!
What about sexuality? The majority of youth jump into the hay sack without knowing their bodies. They only know the URGE, and the URGE compels them to think with their whatever's between their legs. This is so wrong.
They need to be educated the honest way. Yeah okay, tell them that sex is primarily for reproduction, but it can also be an enjoyable and mind-blowing experience. Teach them precautionary methods, tell them that sexual relations require commitment and responsibility.
It is frustrating how sexual stigmas are still ruling people's lives. If you're a girl, you are forbidden to go out alone with boys. They only want ONE THING. That is absolutely preposterous! As a girl I feel sorry for those poor guys who get distrusting stares from their girlfriend's dads. I know for a fact that girls are humans too, and they do want sex as often as guys do, so stop the stigma and end all the crap! Parent, y'all hear me? Sheesh.
Oops, enough ranting and back to my articles. Break time's over for now, am gonna watch Spider-Man 2 tonight! Wheee!!!

Ranting Time!
06.27.04 (11:36 pm) [edit]
Am suddenly feeling shitty, I won't give a fuck if a cute beagle suddenly dropped on my lap and begged for treats.
...
Okay maybe I will give it a loving pat or something but I definitely feel so ... BLAH now. It's not about work, but some stuff got me pondering as I was writing my articles. Things like WTF are things so expensive? Especially stuff that I like, that is. After currency conversion I ended up paying more for the shipping than the original item itself.
Stuff I Want (as seen in Suet-Is-Greedy.com)
1. A nice spiffy Nokia, preferably a 6230. I've always wanted to explore my voyeuristic inner child, hence my desire to own a camera phone. Oh and an N-Gage QD would do nicely too, since it's gone back to being classic-talkin' mode. Mmm...
2. A bloody uber-optimized gaming PC for my hentai gaming pleasure. Yeah yeah, so you don't need a bloody good PC to play h-games, but I DO want to play The Sims 2 and other MMORPGs like Ragnarok Online and maybe Final Fantasy XII if I can afford it. *Sighs*
3. Tonnes and tonnes of manga and other books. Speaking of which, Kinokuniya had better inform me once the new shipment is in. They claimed to have reserved my copy of Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles but to be on the safe side, I'd better be the fist outside their shutters this Saturday. Hmmph. And Saiyuki is "Priority One!" as said by the delectable Mizuho-sensei in Onegai Teacher. *Drools*
3. All the Panda-Z toys and merchandise I can get my hands on. Dammit, XL-Shop stocks 'em at such an insane price.
4. A PS2, PSP and GameCube, in that order.
5. Games for my GBA SP, though I am barely 20-odd hours into my Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. I'd love to have a good original copy of The Sims: Bustin' Out! And maybe Hamtaro's Ham-Ham Heartbreak.
6. Dunky. NOW.
Things To Do Tonight:
1. Complete crossword puzzle contest and jet off to Tokyo (if I win, that is... *Sigh*)
2. Read Watchmen.
3. Complete surprise gift for Dunky. It's so delayed, that it's a surprise... *Rolls eyes*
4. Buy envelope and pass Sim card to mom for posting tomorrow.
5. Fantasize. That's right. I'm lonely.
That's it I guess. Am gonna take a breather from all this crap I'm writing soon. If only I smoke, I could immerse myself in nicotine-goodness in The Cancer Room but nope, I am content with going outside to inhale the thick malicious smog. Or is it there still? *Peers outside* Dunno... Argh.

Another weekend disappeared into the horizon... *Sigh*
06.27.04 (7:51 pm) [edit]
I cannot believe how fast time flies. You know it's a rhetorical question and yet! Time is good and time is cruel. Whatever, at least I enjoyed myself immensely so. *Smiles*
Saturday was the most hectic weekend I can remember in these few months. First, Dunky came out to meet me at KJ for breakfast. Then we went home to rest a little. Because mom sprained her ankle the night before, we were given the task of taking Touché to the vet for his yearly jab. He was an adorable oldie, never throwing tantrums but is far from yielding. You gotta coax him just like you do your granny! Hehe. He is rather easy to handle, and sitting at the back seat with him, I can personally attest to the fact that he is an angel compared to Hauptman the schnauzzer, whose nickname really IS Daredevil!
Once at the vet, we helped calm him down for the jab. It was over in less that 5 seconds. The good vet was an able doctor, unfortunately Dunky couldn't pay him with his Amex. Oops. And whatever happended to his Master? Hoho...! Shush, don't tell his mom! *Grins*
We went home, where he promptly told mom that they now owe the vet. Mom managed to persuade him to go back all the way to Bangsar so as to pay him back.
'Gosh! All the way there?'
'Why not, I'm used to it. It's okay...'
Well, after handling over the money they owe, mom chided him for not using his MasterCard. I giggled and it was a dead giveaway! After resting a while and playing with the dogs, we left the house yet again for the vet. We managed to pay him in full and got a receipt. After that, seeing it was lunchtime we drove back to SS2 and bought lunch boxes, and from there we headed to Centrepoint's Mind Shop to get this month's Previews (thanks to mom who loaned him a twenty, not before giving US BOTH a lecture about his spending habits. Aiks, how is it that it was MY fault? Haha...).
Once home, we ate our lunch and retired to his room to rest again before heading out to his old office. We were to move some stuff there with his sis, since they are moving by next week.
To make a long story short, we moved quite a lot of things to the new office lot, which in my opinion looks very nice even though it wasn't fully furnished yet. Wow, nearly broke my back running up and down, to and fro the car. Had a nice refreshing lime 100Plus before meeting Jian for the Star newspapers (I wanted to win a trip to Tokyo from the crossword puzzles!), felt bad for not stopping to chat with him. Must remember to apologize later.
Back home, we collapsed and nearly fell asleep. Actually we did, though it was a short nap. It was nice sleeping next to someone who smelled so sexy and intoxicating. Wow. I can never get bored of this. *Smiles*
Around 6 p.m, mom came in the room and woke us up.
'Time to buy dinner! Better hurry, else the road'd be jammed up!'
'Wha? So early? My back hurts, so's my neck, am so tired, why'd you wake me up this early?' And so on... *Giggles*
Well, it was dinner time, so Dunky and I went out to buy food, together with dad, who drove since Dunky didn't feel up to it. We bought Cantonese fried koay teow, Oriental Chicken Chop for me and Grilled Lamb for Dunky together with some ABCs for dessert. And oh, dad also bought DVDs to watch at home. We recommended 50 First Dates and the other Chinese flick, a good one from Stephen Fung. Forgot its name though.
Back home, we ate and watched that Chinese flick. Dang good show I say. After that, Dunky and I watched 50 First Dates in his room. This is possibky the best romance comedy I saw in a long long while. The Wedding Singer (also with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore) was excellent, with good songs but this, THIS is GOOD! *Sobs* So heartwarming too...
The night ended with us taking a shower (separately, dang!) and him sending me home. I was sorry to see him go. He is such a sweet darling, VERY adorable. And nice to poke at! *Pokes hair-laden chest* Heehee!
Sunday was equally good though not as hectic. We had a nice breakfast, and a nice time watching Smallville in his room while waiting for his appointment with a potential DVD buyer. After some light make out session (kidding, hehe, how I wish!!!), we met the guy outside the McD's drive-in in Centrepoint.
'It's gonna be a damn hot day!'
After that we met up with my friends at Leisure Mall. Leow, Wan Lee, Mui Chu, Loke and another Malay girl I hardly know were already at the Kenny Rogers outlet having lunch. We didn't eat, as I loudly declared that the food is lousy by normal standards. Anyways, we chatted, laughed and as usual I made my share of crude jokes. Hehe, Dunky said I was myself even if I think I wasn't. We went to the Popular bookshop just so they can sample my stuff in GEMPAK. Meh. Suddenly feel embarrassed...
After the meeting's adjourned, Dunky and I had McD's for lunch, where I ate the spiciest fried chicken ever, plus an ice cream cone each. We returned home once again after lunch, where we watch an anime or two.
Dinner. Good food. Good sitcom. Good company.
Post dinner. Good light make out session. Good puzzle and fighting game match. Good lover. Good shower.
ARGH! The weekend's gone before I knew it! How the heck did I not notice? Oh I was probably enjoying myself... Hehe.
Note to self:
1. Post sim card via Pos Laju to buyer 2. Check if salary's in, pay for online auctions 3. See if manga shipment is in

06.24.04 (7:58 pm) [edit]
Mono mono mono... Monotonous, that is. Yesterday was totally laidback. Meet Suet, slacker extraordinaire (Not to be confused with Kisune from Love Hina!)!
So I did some researches amidst the slow traffic on the Net, answered some questions on the Q&A article, and that's it! Left promptly at 6.15 p.m when dad came. And that's the end of my working day yesterday! *Grins*
At night I played with my GBA a little too excessively, neglecting the new Ragnarok volumes Dunky lent to me, as well as The Watchmen and The Filth. Final Fantasy Tactics is truly value for money. You can never finish it in one lifetime... *Chuckles*
A junior schoolmate-cum-RO-partner called out of the blue last night after dinner. Turns out he wanted me to sign up for a pyramid direct selling scheme. Damn! Luckily I knew mom used their products so I signed up just to get the discounts and rebates. Yeah pathetic but hey I'm claiming half the money from her anyways.
Well, today's gonna be monotonous as well. Am beginning to miss Editor's usual Winamp list of Sheila Majid's song... Yeah yeah, shoot me.

Sinfully Sane
06.23.04 (6:33 pm) [edit]
There's nothing sinful about taking the half day off yesterday, I just wanted it on the subject of today's blog 'cause it sounds good. *Chuckles*
Took the bus to Damansara Utama where Dunky's waiting in his new office. Missed the first one, and by the time I got down from the second bus it was already past 2 p.m. Walking briskly, I was about to whip out my mobile when I ran into him outside 7-11. EEEKKK!
Heh, anyways we bought a Slurpee (Tutti Frutti, ick, but it's better than the other Pepsi flavour) and walked back to his old office. Back there, we rested and looked at the news Gempak and Starz mags and commented at the articles. Some are old news, he commented, but I just shrugged. *Chuckles* Dunky also ate my triple decker sandwich (see last blog for a reference to what's in it!), and because he was hungry he dared not say it wasn't good. Hah! *Giggles* It wasn't bad but I vowed to make a better sandwich!
A little over than an hour later, we moved to his new office, which was several blocks away. Normally I would've complained about the heat and humidity, but I was sorta glad to be outside after all these days being cooped up indoors.
His new place was kinda cool, it was bright and cosy, and had a good feel about it. Looking at the solid wood table makes me feel like... Nah... *Blushes*
Anyways, his dad came along after a while, and after the wiremen had done their jobs, we drove back to his old office and left shortly after. Boy, parking cars are hazardous here! *Shudders*
At home, we chilled a little bit. The usual hugs and kisses followed by yet another episode of Stephen King's Dead Zone and Onegai Teacher. Damn, Mizuho is so hot. I just love her kawaii-ness! *Hugs self*
Dinner was ready by 7.30 p.m. I sorta feel bad staying for dinner without warning beforehand. But it was excellent! A good old home cooked meal! *Sobs* And I was so damned hungry... *Sobs more*
Well, after dinner we had a good anime episode of Kare Kano, plus a little tickling session. *Wink* Watched his face grew red and breathless as I blew raspberries into his stomach! Hoho!
The night ended well. I am glad I still retained what's left of my sanity. Back to work today, and found out that I have an extra article: Game Waves Nokia NGage page!!! Aiieeeee!!!

Up, up and away!
06.22.04 (7:57 pm) [edit]
Alrighty then! Today's a half day for me, and I am off to meet my destiny! That's right, I'm skipping work... *Grins*
First up, I woke up 3 minutes earlier today (yeah yeah, no biggie!) and prepared my sandwich, a Suet's Special Egg-Mayo-BBQ-Sauce Sandwich! That's right, with oodles of chili sauce too. I was tempted to layer the other piece of bread with *kaya too but heck it'll probably kill my boyfriend if he ate it, so I thought, alrighty, I shall prolong his life for now. *Sigh* Such power. *Giggles*
I ate a double SSEMBBQS sandwich and drank a Nescafe Moccha coffee for breakfast and thought I would save the triple decker for Dunky if I saw him in the afternoon. And what do I get in my email this early in the morning? A thoughtful and lovely e-greeting from him came through from www.beatgreets.com . Man, how did that guy know I saved a sandwich for him?! He probably wants to wriggle out of my tasty yet weird combo of a sandwich. Tch. *Smile*
At work, I sorted a bunch of fan mails, fan arts and what-nots. Damn, it took me 30 minutes to complete my task, and I didn't even READ 'em yet! I have my work cut out for me this week. *Sweat*
Back to selecting fans' FAQs, I decided to write daily blog before I take off from this place. Did my regular forums, checked my deviant stuff, etc. I keep asking, when will I EVER be done with 'My Santarina'. Probably when no one's breathing down my neck for deadlines. I hope I don't procrastinate this week and pile up my articles on Friday. *Shudder*
Note to self: Whee! Pay day next week. I gotta plan my budget. Actually I did but got screwed up last minute due to 'unforseen' circumstances, i.e extra fees for my visa to the US of A. Damn Americans, picking on me and my mere Ringgit... *Sobs* Have not decided to fork out RM680 (passport & visa) but most probably I will. Anyone knows how much my soul is worth? *Grins*
Things I Foresee Myself Buying:
1. Gundam Seed Astray: Red Frame 1/100 = ±RM120 2. Saiyuki Vol. 3 = RM34 3. Mahoromatic: Automatic Maiden Vol. 2 = RM34 4. Tsubasa (TRC) = RM40 5. Rave Master Vol. 4 = RM 34 6. Um, a pair of sneakers would also be nice... = ±RM50
Total: RM312
There, hopefully I won't bust myself this month...

Deadlines will be the death of me...
06.21.04 (5:59 pm) [edit]
Long story made short, something happened at work so I was kinda pissed at the grilling I get. As I told Ed, I can only die once so I won't repeat my mistakes again. Damn.
Back home, I got pretty bored. Not bored like I have nothing to do, but bored as in I have zilch, ZERO motivation about what to do. I know I can sketch my character designs or draft my stories out but I didn't. I read Dunky's Watchmen instead, but it failed to cheer me up like Sandman can. So what do I do? I called the one person who can motivate me.
In the end, all I did was sketch out the plot, together with several costumes for Santarina. Red leather, nice! And a suggestion from him about putting in a nemesis got me thinking. Hmm... if I could tweak this, and get her in... Wow.
Alright, nothing much to report now. I'll need to return to work in time for the brainstorming later in the afternoon. Wish me luck. I might also be off for half day tomorrow. Screw half day's salary, I don't feel like slogging away at the PC. My eyes hurt.

Man, I am so pooped!
06.18.04 (2:08 am) [edit]
Was chasing deadlines for the past two days, and I don't even remember the dates! Damn!
First things first. Remember the movie I was gonna watch on Wednesday night? Well, it was DAMN good, to say the least! Man, didn't realise that it was done by Johnnie To. Nominated for the Cannes Film Festival no less.
SPOILER ALERT!
The movie and plot was excellent. Everything in true Johnnie To's style, but it is far from your usual cop-and-robber film. This one talks about what happens behind the scenes when the media have a field day over recent crimes in Hong Kong. Watch out for the part where the media planner dept thingy in the police form got screwed by the perpetrators!
Cast-wise, there are many cameos that you don't often see nowadays. I can't name 'em, you gotta see for yourself. Other than that, Richie Ren (WTF is he Richie Jen now?) was a hot babe! I mean, yeah yeah, so what if he's the ringleader from mainland China and speaks weird, c'mon he IS HOT! Oops, did I mention he's a babe too? Kelly Chen looks well, sorta unsavoury at some angles. Not a hot babe as I used to think... (Plus she has zero, zilch breasts!)
Then yesterday was pretty hectic, but I managed to get things done in time. Same as today, the only difference is that I was so busy, I didn't have a single bite for lunch. Dang, hope I can squeeze into my new clothes better now!
Ooh, headache. I hate this. I need to eat something really sinful. Something like... Chocolate! Bittersweet chocolates! Lotsa them!
Gotta go now, I am gonna enjoy me a great weekend.

Food... Need food... Gimme FOOD!
06.15.04 (11:23 pm) [edit]
Okay, I was extremely starved yesterday, not to mention a little ill. It all started with this weird dream I had in the wee hours of morning. Can't remember it now, but I think in the process of running away from some faceless demon I twisted my neck a little. Not serious though, but when I woke up to go to work, it was fast becoming a pain rather than annoyance.
To make matters worse, the traffic jam was especially terrible yesterday morning. Damn, like, I got stuck in the car for more than an hour. Me poor old man's veins were almost popping outta his head. Oops.
Anyways, when I got to the office, I was in a pretty woozy state. Heahachey sensation, nausea and blurred vision were only some of my symptoms. In case you were wondering, NO I am not preggers. Haha. Although I would LOVE to have a puppy... hmm. Outta topic, ekh!
So I didn't eat breakfast, and lunch consisted of a single solitary butter bun bought from the sundry shop next door. The proprietor is beginning to treat me as his main source of income... :sweats:
When I got back at night, mom announced dinner would be late. Damn! Moping around, she finally gave me those sticky dumpling of the Chinese sort (bakchang). Not really liking it but not having a choice, I gobbled it down. Yech. Still hungry, I proceeded to cook my own instant noodle (yes I was that desperate!) but was shooed off the kitchen by mom. To sprinkle salt into open wounds, I spilt sweetened jelly drink in the fridge and was admonished fiercely by mom. It was an accident for crying out loud! Meh. Climbing upstairs to my room, I resigned to lying on my bed, a lonely, starving, struggling writer. Okay okay so it wasn't that bad, but hunger does weird things to me. I was crying for Dogssakes! Dunky called me up and I felt a teeny bit better after he offered to drive all the way down here and buy me food. I declined, seeing how far he is from where I am. Plus if I wanted anything I could always walk to shops myself.
Long story made short, I made my own instant noodle in the end. And had baked beans with bacon bits in it. So it wasn't exactly the best dinner. I went up to my room again and swore not to come down till tomorrow morning. And I didn't.
Lights off. Light on. Morning.
So, today's a new day after all! I feel considerably okay after yesterday's ordeal (yes I AM overeacting as usual!) and am looking forward to tonight's movie. I had the common sense to buy the tickets beforehand. Tonight's menu: Breaking News, a Chinese flick starring Richie Jen (why the **** was it JEN and not REN?), Nick Cheung and um, is that girl Kelly Chen? Yes it is. Well, heard that this movie was nominated for the Cannes Film Festival, so I thought I would give it a try.
More updates tomorrow after the movie. For now, let me concentrate on writing this blasted article and read more delightful web comics, such as this:

Hairy men is a no-no... Or is it?
06.14.04 (8:32 pm) [edit]
Just read Dunky's blog, it was hillarious. Now I know the true origins of his Royal Hairy-ness!
*Chuckle*
The truth is that I grew up unconventionally. I have totally unconventional thoughts and idealisms. Tall good looking men are not deemed my idea of 'handsome'. To start it off, I don't even like the word 'handsome'. Too stereotypical. Plus, I never favoured tall guys; they dwarf me. Dark men only serve to repel me, even though I am NO racist.
Manly-Men with hair on their chest? Ick!
I simply cannot imagine why would any member of the female population go ga-ga over men with facial hair. I mean, won't it be ticklish to say the least? It kinda looks messy too, meh. I just like guys with clean shaven looks, or better still, zero facial hair and stubble is preferable.
Facial hair = Older men = X
Truth be told, I detest older men. I never did like boyfriends being older than I am, and the last one I had was a complete arsehole, a Mr. Know-It-All. Can you spell J-E-R-K ? Yeah I see you can.
I grew up prefering younger guys. Cute adorable ones with a great sense of humour. I refused to even date anyone a couple of years older than I am. Yeah I'm that picky. And shallow, perhaps, but not always.
It then came to be that, in my 21st year on Earth, I met this man. This wonderfully amusing man with a wicked sense of humour. I even went as far as to fall in love with him, and only later did I realise that:
He is OLD. Not OLD old, but OLDER old.
He is HAIRY. Everywhere. Anywhere that is deemed the surface of skin. On every corner of the epidermis. Can you spell H-A-I-R-Y ?
I left my younger boyfriend for this man, and I still have a hard time believing that I did it. But it was worth it. Not that I wanted to be devious but... that's just me. I might have hurt people to get what I want, but I cannot apologize enough just because I want to be content.
He is amazing, and lovely, and is the epitome of contentment in my life. We clicked in our own time, did things our way and never failed to understand why we do what we did.
On the physical end, he is just as adorable as can be. This huggable package comes with smiling, dancing eyes, a wicked grin and a voice that captivates even the most unwilling soul. And yes, he is hairy. From the top of his ever-growing head of black hair, to the tip of his hairy toes, I love every single piece of him. He doesn't appear messy nor does it tickles when we kiss. In fact, I now am good friends with his hairy bits.
More to come later, guys.

Hairy Hairy Quite CON-trary!
06.10.04 (10:03 pm) [edit]
http://www.hairylgs.tblog.com...
Just read his first post. Pretty long one, as is his other posts in various forums around cyberspace. I helped put the colours in the page together, nothing much, this'll suffice before I install Photoshop and get more things done the way I want.
He has a rather interesting post for a first one. Simple and straighforward, and the charmth of it all is there. I can just imagine this unsuspecting young man getting conned by this totally detestable shady character.
Speaking of conman, I once got conned into a non-existing date. To make a long story short, it turns out that I dialed the wrong number, and thinking it was my then-boyfriend (now detested ex), I agreed to meet up at a certain mall. Needless to say, he didn't show up and I went home with my tail between my legs, a poor dejected puppy.
Moral of the story? Carry a pocket phone book.
Gawd, I'm so bored! The only thing that's spurring me on is the fact that today's Friday and that the coming weekend will be my salvation from work. I am SO unmotivated today. Ed's not around, I have mild stomach cramps (not painful, but bad enough to dampen my mood), and to top it off I so bloody sleepy! Why? WHY?
Had a sandwich for lunch, self-packed from home, a banana and plain water from the filter. I also munched on some veggie snacks from the convenience store nearby. So sleepy... I... am... Zzzz...

Bright side, Ed's gone on leave. No one to breathe down my neck for once! Hohoho...!

I can't describe what I feel right now. Partly because my brain is filled to the capacity with images of Freddy Kruger, Resident Evil: Apocalyse and other things I'm supposed to research on. Dang it, why do I feel so breathless?
Then again, at least I lasted a month and counting at this place. What am I saying?! I WILL last longer! Giirrrrl power! Heheh...
Here's wishing I come out of the conference room alive after the brainstorming.

Dammit, work's kiling me. I dare not move away from my PC, not even for a nano-second. Reason being, am working on new issue of the mag at the mo and I have not more than 5 articles/sections to write, including yet another Super Yoyo ad. Aiks.
Something awesome happened to me last week, on Thursday. I actually got to watch Kill Bill Vol. 2 in a special screening! That's right, I was among the chosen few selected to watch it!
Okay that was pretty exaggerted but I was in blood and gore heaven! What can I say, eh.
Anyways, there I was, sitting and minding my own business (maybe I wasn't, that's how I got the movie pass!), when the phone rang. My colleague Roy picked it up, and said the marketing lady downstairs has a Special Premiere: By Invitation Only movie pass to watch Kill Bill VOl. 2 ! I nearly fell off my chair when he asked everyone who wants it. No one replied in the affirmative, so I timidly asked if I can have it. 'Sure, collect it downstairs,' he said.
I bounded downstairs immediately and held the precious tickets in my hand. WOW! These are for the Nokia Starlight Cinema event passes! Admits TWO!
Grabbing my mobile phone, I called Dunky and spoke so fast that he couldn't quite comprehend what I said.
'Kill... Bill... Month Kiara... tonight... coming'
I gasped away while he tried to make out my actual words. When he understood, he was equally excited, and got me to print a map to the location. Wasting no time, I hung up after confirming out meeting place. 'Same place, same time!'
The whole evening went by in a blur. I packed my stuff, said good bye to all those sorry people who won't get to enjoy Quentin Tarantino's finest movie, and went all the way to KJ station in the LRT. Once there, he drove us to a KFC outlet in Atria where we promptly got two pieces of friend chicken each.
We got to the Mont Kiara Equestrian Club in record time, 8 pm being the screening hour. When we arrived, we were amazed at the atmosphere. Way cool, I tell ya. Freebies galore, bright fairy lights and STARBUCKS! My God, is there any place spared of this coffee giant?
We sat near the front, and within minutes we whipped out our dinner and ate while watching some Aikido freaks doing a little showcase.
Movie started at 8.30 pm despite what's written on the pass. The lights went out, and as I glanced up I saw the clear cloudless sky above us.
Beautiful.
I need not say more about the movie in case it posed the risk of bearing spoilers for people who have yet to watch it. If they read this blog, what then? I might get minced for all I know. *Chuckles*
I gotta go, dad's picking me up and I bet he's here now.
Overall mood today: :?

Finally found the bloody Super Yoyo anime. RM30 for a boxset of 22 episodes. Went all the way to KL to get it, and it was freakin' hot too!
I'll get the screenshots soon, and maybe complete the ad and feature.
Movie night tonight! Will be watching Shrek 2 with my other half. *Sigh* Life's simple pleasures!
